Accessibility statement
Mewayz is committed to making our platform usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnifiers, and voice control. Accessibility is part of how we design, build, and review every feature — not an afterthought.
The standard we follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the W3C. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities. Where a feature cannot yet meet a specific criterion, we document the gap and prioritize it in our roadmap.
What we do
- Keyboard access — interactive controls are reachable and operable without a mouse, with visible focus indicators.
- Screen-reader support — we use semantic HTML and ARIA labels so structure, controls, and status messages are announced correctly.
- Colour and contrast — text and essential UI meet AA contrast ratios, and we never rely on colour alone to convey meaning.
- Responsive, zoomable layouts — content reflows and remains usable at 200% zoom and on small screens.
- Captions and alternatives — meaningful images carry alt text, and we provide text alternatives for non-text content.
Known limitations
Some third-party and embedded components — including certain charts, rich text editors, and partner integrations — may not yet fully meet AA criteria. We are working with our vendors and replacing components where needed. If you encounter a barrier in one of these areas, please tell us so we can prioritize a fix or offer an alternative.
Report an accessibility barrier
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of Mewayz, email [email protected] with the page address, the assistive technology and browser you use, and a short description of the problem. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and will keep you updated on a resolution.
